    In 2019 we spent $3500 for Robert Gibb & Sons to install an Air Conditioning unit. We picked out a unit & upon installation we were told they gave us an "upgrade" because what we chose was not
    available. We have been calling the office repeatedly since the installation to get a copy of our purchase receipt, the warranty we also purchased & the owner's manual.
    To this day we keep hearing promises but have received nothing. On 5/20/21 we had them come out to look at the unit as it was not cooling properly. We were informed that we needed to spray the unit with water about 2x a year, but very carefully or we would bend the delicate "fins" & void our warranty. How were we supposed to know that?
    Then we received a bill for $140! How dare they!

    Called to have them look at our AC, as a new home owner we wanted to make sure the unit was in good condition. The service tech only checked the refrigerant charge & said it looked great. He was there 15 minutes at the max. We got billed $140 for an hour of service because they include their “driving time”. Very friendly and on time service, but feeling robbed after $140 bill came for 15 min of service.

    I needed our gas fireplace looked at -- we hadn't used it in a while and were in the process of selling our house, when the real estate home insprctor indicated several issues -- so I called around. And around. And around. Home and Hearth where we'd originally bought it was very unhelpful, Laney's, Home Heating and Plumbing and others either couldn't do it or told me I'd have to wait a month or more before someone could come out to look at it. In desperation I called Robert Gibb even though I didn't think they handled fireplaces. Two days later a great guy came out and thoroughly inspected everything and took care of all issues on the spot! He was also very friendly and fastidious, leaning the area cleaner than he found it. Then the bill was only about half the amount I had expected to be charged! I can't say enough about this great experience except... How Fargo of You! Or maybe: How Robert Gibb of You!

    When our storage heater stopped working I discovered it may be difficult to fix because it isn't a common type heater in this area. Kip showed up almost immediately after we called and by the following day he had several options on how we could either fix or replace our heater and was very confident their technicians would have no problems with our type of heating system. Once the parts arrived Marty was here early in the morning and replaced the coils in our storage heater in about an hour and a half. Everyone at Gibb is amazingly helpful, they answered all of the questions we had (including the silly ones), and even came in under their estimate for our repairs. I would highly recommend Robert Gibb for any heating repair or replacement issues you may have.

    I was very happy with the friendly, courteous, and professional service I received from Robert Gibb & Sons when Technician Bob Wagner did a fall tune-up on my furnace last week. I was especially appreciative when he and the office staff were able to adapt to a last minute schedule change. A small part will need to be replaced on my furnace and I look forward to continued great service from Bob and the entire Robert Gibb & Sons team!
