When we moved into our first house, we knew the 32-year-old water heater needed to be replaced. Kipp and the team at Robert Gibb & Sons helped us through the process, helping us compare water heater options and find the best solution. They also came to the rescue over the winter when our furnace started making loud noises. After sending a text to Kipp about the issue, the service team showed up in less than an hour. I know we can count on Robert Gibb & Sons no matter what!

We called for our yearly checkup for our furnace. Travis and his trainee arrived at the appointed time. They were very social an courteous. They were very knowledgeable about the furnace. The service was completed quickly and efficiently. We will continue to call Robert Gibb & Son for services.

I received excellent service from Robert Gibb and sons. Bob Wagner came over and fixed my plumbing issues quickly. He was so kind and patient with me and explained the problems and solutions to me. We had Pat install our new plumbing for our remodeled bathroom. I can’t see enough of how professional and patient he was. I had them service my hvac system. They charge 140 for the first hour and 120 a hour after that well what I didn't know is they charge you drive time also. It was 468 to service a hvac system. There was nothing wrong with it that's how much they charged me just to look it over. Crooked company I'll never do business with these people again.

The polar vortex and -40 degrees (what???) did a number on our 1962 boiler and pipes. I called around town to a number of places and Todd picked up the job, came over to the house earlier than expected and repaired a burst pipe giving us heat again in less than two hours. He was knowledgeable and made a lot of sense in helping us decide our next step. I'm definitely calling them back.

They had a service person to my home within the hour. The fellow was so friendly—just great! Had my water heater out and my new one in in less than 2 hours! Great service!!

My water heater went out and my technician Steven was there the very next day and made quick work of getting us back on the hot water path! Didn't even know he was there and couldn't tell when he left, that he had been there. Even offered to take a look at anything else that I might have been having troubles with! I was going on vacation and my ac went out. I called them and while I was on vacation they came in and replaced my old furnace and ac. When I came home everything was working great. They kept in contact the whole time letting me know what was going on. There were a few things I may have done differently but they are the pros.
