    Our AC decided to stop working on a holiday weekend. I called and left a message. I received a call back shortly after I left my message. Bob called, asked me some questions and then I suggested we FaceTime. Because he was so flexible and knowledgeable, my husband and I were able to fix the problem! It was amazing. He was so so kind to help us via FaceTime. I texted that everything was working and he gently reminded me to change our filter at least twice a year! I am so appreciative of his time. We will use them again! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    Had them out to work on one of my fireplaces which has a light in the back of it. I opened up the fireplace myself and the technician checked the power at the lightbox and found it was not getting power. He determined the light box needed to be replaced. I was happy with the diagnostics performed by the technician. Now for the bill. I was billed $172.50 for labor and the tech troubleshooted my fireplace for maybe 30 minutes and was in my home from maybe another 30 minutes just chatting. Additionally, there was a material cost added to my bill. I asked about this and the person I talked to said it is for materials used on the project. I said there were none. She then said it is also for tools. I said really? You charge your customers for tool use. Then she said it is for truck charges. I'll tell you what it is. It's a scam to get money they shouldn't be getting. If you want to add misc. charges for whatever reason at least be up front about it. My guess is they would have reversed the misc. charges and corrected the billable hours if I would have escalated it. I didn't want to do this so just paid the bill and will select not to use or recommend them in the future. How many people just pay their bill without looking at it?

    I appreciated the great response and professionalism of the technician that came to fix my furnace and AC unit. He did a great job explaining to me what was happening with the unit, how he was addressing it, taking care of it and reassuring that he was going to be able to fix it on that one visit.

    Jesse notified me that he may be late, and then called again before arriving early! Which was great, because then he had time to look at TWO furnaces and save me the service fee on another visit!

    After the pipes in the house froze, the suggestion of the plumber was to replaced all the copper in the house. Imagine our surprise when the insurance company wouldn't cover the bill and pointed out to us that there was no evidence of split pipes. If you have unlimited resources, these folks will do a great job. If you are looking for a plumber you can trust, keep looking.
