Recently had them do a radon mitigation system and also water purification systems. Steve is hard working, honest, friendly, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain everything very well. Highly recommend!

Called on a Sunday and we had a technician within an hour. The amount of professionalism is second to none, and he had all the needed parts available! I don't normally leave reviews but Bears Home Solutions earned our business last winter when they were able to get out same day when our furnace quit heating on one of the coldest nights of the year. The "other guys" told us they couldn't be out for days. At the time we signed up for their Bear Care preventative maintenance program. Well fast forward to this summer and we finally got around to scheduling our annual AC servicing. The technician, Dylan showed up this morning during the scheduled timeframe and was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough. Great company with great employees. Great service. The repair Tech went above and beyond to get my hot water going the same day. The part I needed was under warranty so he installed one of his at no charge and let me give him the part back the manufacturer shipped to me. I would definitely use them again.

Chris an excellent technician. He was on time for my scheduled service. He gave me an estimate of the charges before doing the work. When he was finished he explained what was done and why it was done. He then offered suggestions on how to improve my AC system. He is very knowledgeable, polite and courteous . He is an asset to the business.

Had Alex Hartz of Bear’s Home Solutions in to do an hvac check and cleaning. While here also was able to get furnace cleaned/checked. Arrived on time, professional and efficient letting me know every step of the way. Let me know options on part that will need servicing, no pressuring. I hope to have Alex service my furnace and ac on future visits. He’s a great representative for Bear’s!

Tim did a wonderful job! He was very professional and answered all my questions. I found out today exactly why seasonal tuneups are critical. He found a leak in my furnace I didn't know about that could have turned into something major later on. Thanks, Tim!
