They were awesome! Very good company all around as we have had them for numerous jobs now and every time they have been on time, efficient and thorough on the jobs. We just had Mike install a new sump pump pit for our basement and I’m very happy with the work they did. They went above and beyond my expectations for this project!

I called on a Saturday night. They were able to help right away. A photo was sent to me so I would know who was coming. About half hr later Josh came. He was very professional, great personality, and showed me exactly what was needed. He had the parts to fix the repair on the furnace, so it didn't take long. He left and shortly after, the furnace stopped working again. I called and they sent him back over. Josh apologized and got the furnace working again. Exceptional service from Bears Home Solutions!! I will definitely be calling them again if any home problems occur!

The service technician, Jake, was a top notch professional. He was thorough in searching for the problem, detailed in education and explaining the system, and overall a pleasant person to talk with as we made the repairs. Will work with again!

My heat went out on a Saturday evening, and Craig arrived at my home within about an hour of me calling! He was incredibly courteous and extremely knowledgeable about my HVAC system. He diagnosed the problems and made the necessary repairs in an efficient and effective manner, while explaining what he was doing, and how my system worked. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Kevin was an incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable plumber 😊. He was also very kind and extremely professional. During my service call, much care was given and it was very much appreciated.

Having issues with my 26 year old AC system. Bears sent Alex out the same day I called—so impressed! Alex was prompt, thorough—as usual—and very courteous. The plumbers who repaired my outdoor faucet did an excellent job, even installing a shutoff valve and access panel for easily servicing the faucet in the future.

Steve Williams and Tanner are amazing. Check out pumps and backup batteries..ensured pumps were working properly. Steve will never leave till he is totally satisfied that pumps are working satisfactory.

Craig was great! He showed up quickly after normal business hours as a snow storm was brewing. He took care of the furnace issue and was on his way to help another customer. It’s people like him that keep the world running smoothly for the rest of us.
