Josh was great and did what he said he was gunna do in a timely manor

Allen McCurry has always been amazing when he has worked on various things in our house. I live in a relatively old home with a lot of makeshift plumbing and every time something has gone wrong Allen has been able to fix it or replace it efficiently and effectively. We will continue to use Bear’s Home Solutions for all our plumbing needs.

Tim came out within an hour of call on a Saturday night. Checked outside unit and found blown out wire. Still had no power to outside unit. After further trouble shooting he had the thermostate changed out and system working. Very professional and explained every step. I highly recommend.

On a hot and humid day our air unit ran of freon and Dylan came out to rescue our household from a hot house🥵 Dylan drove a hour to get to our house and when he arrived he was professional and kind! Thanks SO MUCH for sending Kevin L. out on our call. Our garbage disposable is now running clear without backing from sink to sink. When paying I asked if they did military discounts & we really appreciated getting one. he told us what exactly he was going to be doing too. Very professional + polite.
