Parkway Heating & Air

Unit was about 20 yrs. Old. Recharged a.c. at almost all other places...said no leaks. They said this was what was causing it to not heat properly. No one checked thermostat or went under our home. Nice big crawl space with lighting. Next coversation...said WITHOUT checking underhouse..that we needed new system and new duck work due to animals tearing it down. 4500.00. We have since had someone just replace andcheck the great duct work. The charge of a.c. was worthless 649.00.

Did not listen to initial needs, therefore wasting time in replacing existing unit. Never did send a written quote. Did not use.

Sarah the scheduler is very unprofessional and a liar, she hung up the phone on me. 0/10 would not recommend.
