Absolutely wonderful!!!! We had a new unit installed in our older home. Their price was the best quote we got. They were on time to work, cleaned up after themselves , and was very courteous to help with any questions. The staff helped set up our warranty and even get a rebate for our energy efficiency.

This company is a gem! We had a new furnace and ac unit installed in our home and there were some issues. However, Selwyn (owner) and his staff (Brooke) took care of things promptly and professionally. This is the small family owned business you want to work with. They stand behind their product, will fit you into their schedule even when it's tough, and are a joy to do business with.

We woke up one Saturday in February and it was 57 degrees in the house. The first place I called said they could schedule for next week. The second I left a message on the emergency line and waited an hour to call the third and never got through the automated system to report an emergency. I called Parkway and Travis got here in an hour. He diagnosed the issue in ten minutes and said he would order the part. He didn't ask for any money we settled up when he came back with the part. We have not used them in the past, but if we need help again they will be my first call.
