When others didn't want to do weekend service work. Parkway did. Travis called to confirm he was coming. He arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the thermostat, made sure the rest of the system was running correctly. He was friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Just excellent installation overall. I'd be happy to recommend this company. They had to work around obstacles and left everything better than they found it. I couldn't be more pleased.

Travis came out and checked our heating system. He was friendly and helpful, answered all of my questions and took care of a couple leaks in the system. I will definitely use Parkway again. The other reviews bear out the excellent service and quality of work Travis does.

Wonderful company and technician, Travis. Parkway services both our Church (Grace Church in the Mountains) and now our personal home. They were able to work me in earlier than expected. Travis showed me the basics of the furnace (b/c I've never had one before), answered all my questions, and got it working quickly and at a very reasonable price. My air conditioner wasn’t cooling recently. Another company told me my HVAC system needed to be replaced at a big cost $$$$. Parkway replaced another system for me a few years back and I really liked their work so I called them out to give me a second opinion. Travis found a loose wire in the thermostat and low and behold everything is working beautifully!!!! Travis and the Parkway team are honest, dependable and professional. I highly recommend them!!! Parkway Heating and Air was very responsive to our needs. Other companies wouldn’t even call back or show up. Our old heat pump unit failed in the heat of August. Being in our 70’s, getting it replaced was a high priority. Parkway replaced our system with a couple of days for a competitive price and we are very grateful. Good company and friendly qualified staff.

Parkway was able to squeeze me in last minute, on a Friday afternoon when it was nearly 80 in my house and I had guests on the way! The receptionist was super friendly and helpful and Travis, the tech that came to our home was very pleasant and knowledgeable! They were able to fix my problem in a matter of minutes and I am truly grateful! Great customer service!
