Our family has done business with BE Holbooks for 25 years. We continue to be loyal customers because of the excellent service, advice and quality of products installed by Holbrooks. Their staff is knowledgeable and always pleasure to work with.

Brad and the guys at B. E. Holbrooks did a great job replacing my HVAC system and duct work. Brad was very knowledgeable with the units he sells and was able to answer all my questions to ensure I selected the unit the best fit my needs. His estimates were right on with no extra charges or fees. The work was completed timely and within schedule. My wife and I are very pleased with the system and the work they did.I highly recommend B. E. Holbrooks if anyone is in the need of a new HVAC or HVAC Repairs.

I called with an issue and they cam out with in 2 hours of calling them since my husband was off work that day. They got the unit cleaned and running like it should be. Could not have asked for a quicker response and nicer tech. The Ladies in the office are very nice and do what's best for the customer. I will deffinatly be using them again and referr folks to this awesome company! Thank you for all you do!

I was impressed with Matt immediately as I spoke with him on the phone ,well mannered , polite and courteous which goes a long way with me and tells me the kind of service tech I . will meet.He called before he came and was prompt.and neatly dressed.He was not able to complete job however he checked his superiors to see if he could finish it the next day.Matt completed the job in a timely manner . He's is an excellent representative to Holbrooks as well as an asset. I will request him if needed in the future .Well done , Matt!

I can’t speak highly enough of Jessica and everyone else at Holbrooks. What once was a complete disaster at my house for the plumbing and sewer system on a 10 year old house... Holbrooks fixed. We had multiple companies attempt to fix our “isssues” but it never worked until Holbrooks. So thank you BE Holbrooks for your FAST service and super helpful customer service.

Anytime we have an issue that we can't fix ourselves- we call Holbrooks. They usually come out the same day we call. Prices are reasonable and service can't be beat.
I called this morning because of a leak with our A/C unit. Daniel and Byron came out this afternoon and solved the problem in 30 minutes.

I would like to say that B.E. Holbrook & Co. is a company with integrity and professional service staff. My husband and I purchased a new heating & air system from them and when we had a problem the owner Brad Holbrook, looked into the problem himself and corrected the issue.

My home had some problems with AC. I called B E Holbrooks and asked what we needed to do. They sent a technician to my location at a time that worked with my schedule. Our problem was solved promptly. When I need help with heating or cooling in the future I will use them again.
