Wayne Cole's Heating and Air

Three years ago I purchased a Trane heat pump from Wayne Cole and wrote the review shown below. My review somehow wound up on Same Day Heating and Air's google review so I copied it back here. A half of a year later I purchased a second identical heat pump from Wayne. Wayne's son JR is now running the business. Recently I had an issue with one of my heat pumps so I contacted Wayne Cole's Heating and Air. JR quickly sent out his technicians, Mike and Kenny. Unfortunately this was not an easy repair. It required a warranty part, plus emptying and refilling the refrigerant. Mike is a very talented HVAC tech who is customer oriented and he did a great job repairing my system. JR was responsive and fair.

I needed a new heat pump so I contacted Cole's Comfort though a Google search. The owner Wayne came over to meet me and discuss the project. It was a very pleasant meeting, friendly and without an aggressive selling approach. He came prepared with brochures and answered all of my questions so I purchased a highly rated Trane heat pump from him. The owner and his son came on installation day to get things started. The installers were very neat, conscientious and customer oriented. They put in an incredible effort working around our schedules to complete this project in a timely manner. The new heat pump installation looks fantastic and it is working very well. This was the first time that I did business with Cole's Comfort Contractors and I could not be happier! They will be my first choice for any future HVAC work.

I will recommend this place to my friends. The service was excellent. Mike and Kenny did a great job getting my furnace working again. These guys explained everything they were doing and went above the service I expected.

I don’t often leave reviews, but these are seriously the best people in the business. Always super early and on time, gets straight to the point of fixing whatever, and doesn’t kill you with their pricing. Wouldn’t trust anyone else to keep up with my unit. Appreciate all they do and if you’re running into any problems, call them. They’ll be on it in no time.

WC H&A have been my go to company for years now when it comes to heating and air issues and maintenance. They are good people to deal with from Danna (sp?) on the phones to their technicians in the field and Mike is awesome. I highly recommend.

Wayne and JR came out within 30 minutes of my first call for help. They evaluated our needs and discussed options including financing. There was no pressure to buy or go with their product or service however I developed an instant level of trust and feeling of family. They really cared and wanted to help me. After getting a number of estimates I kept being drawn back to them. They weren’t the cheapest option but they were the most trustworthy and made me feel like my customer experience would not end when they got paid. I decided to go with Wayne Cole Heating and Air and I am so glad I did. They have not disappointed in their service to this customer. Their prompt service and thorough prep with detail to the installation has been amazing. Top notch work from true professional. I am so impressed. They got the equipment and had it installed within a week. Mike and David have done a great job and have educated me on my new system and smart thermostat. They arrived promptly and made sure that everything they did was cleaned and cleared as the went along taking tremendous care to not track or damage my wood floors which I really appreciated. This kind of service and commitment to quality and workmanship is not something you see too much of these days and I know because I have done a home remodel and had a lot of experience with contractors. Thanks Wayne and JR for making us family.

The technician was very helpful and explained everything to me. He contacted me with an arrival time and was 2 hours early which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be a life long customer.

Mike and his partner were on time and they were very professional and customer focus. Mike and partner made sure everything was done in a timely manner.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!Didn’t hire this man. Have a friend in concord that had this man repair a furnace that shut off in middle of the night. Had to return because it quit working shortly after. Then got told it has a cracked heat exchanger. Never told customer to not use furnace and didn’t disable the it. Claims he told customer to run it in short durations. If you value your family’s life and your money, call someone else.

These guys are the best. I had a system and ductwork installed and they were very professional. I was impressed with the level of expertise. They did everything above just standard down to removing materials and making sure everything was clean. I highly recommend!
