B.E. Holbrooks and their team are second to none. Had Upstairs and Downstairs units replaced all in one day. Can’t say enough about the workmanship of these guys. If you’re looking for quality work at an affordable price these are the people to call. All of the guys did an amazing job hands down. Special thanks to Byron that took the time to assist me when programming Thermostat after hours. Again, Thank you all for a job well done.

So unfortunately our house is a lemon and we have had BE Holbrooks out every month for the last 5 months with various problems, some simple, some not, I like that they bill after the fact, everything is explained clearly and what to expect in the future. Matt especially is just so exceptionally polite but everyone is friendly and communicative, they also seem to really enjoy their jobs and not be under stress from the company. Can’t recommend them enough they are my go-to for any problems!

Called Wednesday to set up a toilet replacement, and they were here two days later. A very quick install & both techs were very professional. We’ve used them a few times for minor issues. Brad & Brett have a great group of people around them & 10/10 would recommend.

When I first called about a quote to replace our upstairs A/C unit they came within 24 hours. They quickly sent me a quote with 3 different options to help fit my budget. They came to replace the unit when they said they would. Everyone was professional and they were careful not to damage my hardwood floor. This is the 3rd time we have used them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I messaged to speak to someone about a gas line and I was told someone would contact me soon. It’s now been two weeks and I have not heard from anyone. I reached out again and I was told that there has been a lot of AC outages and that’s the priority. I feel like my business was not wanted or valued. I think it’s very rude to ignore customers!

Very responsive, called back b4 they even opened, Mathew kept us aware of his expected arrival, cordial and efficient. Guys do not over use him, do not Want to loose great help!
