Great company, I have used them 2x this year. First time for a check and clean and today for a service call (90+ degrees all week and AC unit stopped working). Called at 8am and by 9:15am they had the AC working. We have used a couple of HVAC companies in the area, and B E Holbrook's is heads above those companies. Both times we had Daniel service the AC, and he was friendly and informative - great technician. Keep up the great work.

We're longtime customers of Holbrooks. They are very responsive, have some of the best technicians and their work has always been top quality and very reasonably priced. Their customer service is also warm and friendly when calling to relay a problem. They will be our first choice when needing reliable and top quality service.

We just finished building our house in Belmont. BE Holbrooks installed two gas units. They did an excellent job! They were fair on price and quality of work was great as always. I have worked with BE Holbrooks in the past on commercial projects. It is always a pleasure to work with Brad and his team.

My furnace went out in the middle of the night on Saturday 1/30/2021. First thing Monday morning I called Holbrook’s. At 8am I was told they would be there sometime that day. They arrived by 11am. The repairman diagnosed the problem and completed the repair. The work was done promptly and professionally. The repairmen were friendly and courteous and made sure everything was in good working order before they left. I would not hesitate to call Holbrook’s again or to recommend them to anyone.

Within the last two years, B E Holbrooks has completed two separate heat pump installations for us at different locations. Installations were timely, their employees are friendly, and in my opinion, most proficient. No complaints. They do good work. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Thanks guys. G. Helms

B. E. Holbrooks did a great job replacing my heat and air system. The entire process from getting options and estimates to installing the system was a pleasant experience. We have done business with BE Holbrooks for over 40 years. Our contractor used them for the original new house construction plumbing, septic tank installation and heating and cooling. We've always found their service personnel to be friendly and professional. They've always responded to our concerns in a timely manner. Just recently they replaced an aging heat pump. In the future, should we have any problems or concerns with our system, we will certainly call BE Holbrooks to address them.

The two guys that came out to repair my oil furnace, did a fine job. Very knowledgeable about oil heat, that’s a plus in the south.
