All the 5 star reviews had me hopeful, but they must have had a much different experience. I called Streamline to report my heat intermittently working on and off at the end of winter. They scheduled me in quickly of which I was appreciative. The technician arrived and did the diagnostic to figure out the issue. His report was the flame sensor and blowers needed to cleaned for ~$750. I assumed this must be time consuming and difficult to clean for that price. He proceeded to work for roughly 10 minutes and told me he was done. I was shocked. 10 minutes of work for $750 worth of work seemed odd. I researched and found the services he performed are typically covered under routine maintenance. I questioned the technician on whether or not that was the case and he said it was. When I pressed further into why I was being charged $750 for something that was included under a $89 maintenance service he changed his answer and told me it wasn’t included. He then changed his answer again and said I needed to be on a service plan for it be included. After more back and forth he told me there was nothing I could do except pay the amount and take it up with the company. I shouldn’t have paid but I did. He then came back to tell me the cleaning isn’t included in maintenance regardless of being a member. I called Streamline and spoke to the service manager. He told me those services were included in a normal maintenance regardless of being a member. When questioned on why I was charged $750 for something included in an $89 maintenance charge, his only response was that I was prioritized over other people (although I’m glad I was prioritized I never asked to be especially without knowing that it would cost me 10x more for work to be performed). He never denied that the work I had done was included in the normal maintenance and never admitted that should have been a solution. So instead of the technician telling me I just needed routine maintenance he only provided one solution being $750 instead of a potential $89 and the company stands by that because I was “prioritized”. I would not trust this company to be honest or present anyone with options other than the most expensive. I am giving 2 stars only because they refunded some of the money but I still feel as though they are dishonest with their customers and/or their technicians are not informed of their companies services or what they include. Again, maybe my case was a one off, but I will not be using them going forward for any services.
As a side note I used them for some plumbing services prior to this experience. Their prices are definitely higher than you would expect but the work they performed was at least quality.

I purchased the membership plan which was reasonable and includes electric, plumbing, and HVAC. Much better deal than going with HVAC company. My 2nd service request was covered under this plan so savings are terrific.

I called Streamline after a good friend highly recommended them- and I was not disappointed! From the minute I called, I was impressed with the staff's friendliness and care! Jaden came out to look at my water heater and give me options for replacement. He was very informative and took the time to explain everything and even show me where the water shutoffs were. He was able to do the install that day, and he worked so hard in a very tight space! He cleaned up after himself and even returned later in the week when I asked for them to double check the water pressure (which was fine). After having bad experiences with other plumbing companies, Streamline has been a breath of fresh air! I HIGHLY recommend them!

We had 5 bathroom faucets, 10 bathroom vanity angle stops and 3 toilet angle stops replaced by Sophie and Mike. They encountered some expected & some unexpected issues in the old plumbing in our "House that Jack built," and they kept on coming up with clever solutions (at no extra charge) until all of the problems were resolved. And... despite being here for more than 9 hours each... they remained professional and genuinely friendly. (If it were me... I think I might have started getting tired and grumpy of problem after problem with the old plumbing).
TBH - Streamline's estimate was more than 15% higher than the two other plumbing groups we had quote for the job, but when Sophie looked at our previous plumbing and worked up her estimate, she noticed issues the others didn't catch so we figured it might be worth paying a bit more for quality service... and I'm glad we did.
Both Sophie & Mike represented Streamline extremely well. Streamline is now our new go-to for plumbing and HVAC.
