Jason arrived early to the appointment. He followed all safety protocols. He was quick to diagnose the issue, provide detailed information of the issue, and resolve the problem. After the service was complete he tested the system to ensure it was working as expected per the system specs. He followed up with a detailed write up of the issue and showed me the parts that were replaced.
