We had a new Trane heating/air unit installed upstairs to replace our 21 year old unit by Scott Comfort Systems. Jason came the same day that I contacted him for an estimate on a new system. He was on time, knowledgable, and honest. Because of this we chose him for installation, which went very smoothly. It’s always hard to change service providers! After ours moved out of the area we were in need of HVAC repair and maintenance. Scott Comfort came to my house punctually and was a pleasure to have. The technicians were polite, knowledgeable, and honest.

They came to provide a second opinion on a diagnostic. Another company claimed to find a leak in our condenser coil and quoted us an OUTRAGEOUS price for repair, parts (under warranty), refill the refrigerant, service fee, diagnostic fee, leak search, and a long list of reasons for the cost to be what was quoted.

Thank God Jason Scott answered his phone last night and took our service call. (We called several companies fyi). Finding out that not only was the previous diagnosis not accurate, but also doing the same job for almost 1/10th the rate of the previous company has made us lifetime supporters of Scott Comfort Systems.
