Needed to replace furnace and air conditioning unit. Jason Scott was very thorough in explaining why it needed replacing and what would be involved. Work began on time and completed the same day. Our unit stopped working right after 5:00pm, which seems to be how it always goes. We called several local companies and Scott’s was the most responsive. I decided to have Jason Scott come look at my system to get his advice and to help support his newer business. I had read great reviews and when I called he responded immediately and we made an appointment. He called to let me know when he would arrive and was here prior to my appointment time! We looked at my system and he was very patient while I asked many questions. He shared several options of what I was considering doing and when we decided on what he would do, he gave me the price and I was pleased with how reasonable it was. Jason was able to set a time in just a fee days, to move my system from a closet to the attic. Again he arrived early and had called to let me know when he would arrive. He worked hard, patiently answering my questions along the way. He completed the job that took a little longer than he thought, but made sure all was working right. My system works great and when I had one concern about a week later, he came later that day to check on it for me!
