Very satisfied with Scott Comfort System service. Just moved in to a new house and the HVAC systems are not compatible with Nest learning thermostat. Jason responded to my text quickly and sent a technician on the next day. Jeronimo showed up on time and help installed Nest thermostats. One of them needs to bypass the Honeywell EIM and the other has dual fuel system which requires professional installation. Overall, quick response and good quality of work.

We called Scott to come out and check out our Trane Unit. It stopped working the night before we called him. He was very quick to come out and check out our unit.
He figured out what was wrong and went to get the parts to fix it. He was back in no time to make the needed repairs. He did an awesome job for us and we were very pleased with the price and his excellent customer service. We will not hesitate to call him again.
Moving forward he will be the only one we call to work on our heat and air conditioning unit.

We got quotes from 3 different HVAC installers. Scott Comfort Systems was immediately responsive for the quote, quoted a fair price (it wasn't the lowest, but it was a good value) to replace a heat pump and air handler. Jason Scott and his team, Keith snd Geronimo, were able to removed my old system, completely install new air return ducts, sealed existing duct work in garage, ran new insulated copper lines to the coils in the new air handler and install and charge a new Trane heat pump in about 10 hours. All members of the team were courteous, professional, well-organized and knew their craft well. The site was cleaned by the team before finishing, and except for the gleaming new air handler in the garage and a new Trane heat pump on the side - you'd never know they had been there. We've had an opportunity to run both the AC and heating functions, and they both work well. The new heat pump is much quieter, and we can barely hear it. I would highly recommend Jason and his team and Scott Comfort Systems for your HVAC needs.
