Jason, and his team, did a great job! They were prompt, professional and completed the job on schedule. They went above expectations and we would highly recommend them for both residential and commercial HVAC needs.

I just want to personally thank Scott for coming out same day and replacing our damaged coil. We had no working AC for an entire week in one of the hottest weeks of June. I had contacted multiple companies, and my original HVAC company stalled me for an entire week while they were "looking for the part". Scott came in, with the part at hand. Replaced it, cleaned up and did it all for a competitive price. I cannot ask for more and I will definitely be calling him for any of our future HVAC needs.

Scott Comfort Systems were wonderful to work with . Got a return call to my text within 20 minutes , and set up next day for evaluation and repair . Very impressed with professionalism and knowledge of Mike and of Jason Scott . Would definitely recommend this company . We have already signed up for the maintenance program for our HVAC units .
Would give 10 stars if that were an option .

We started using Scott about 1 year ago and had nothing but excellent service and customer service. Today, Matt performed normally scheduled maintenance and went above and beyond to find a spurious relay trip in our A/C unit. Could not ask for better service.

Impressive!! Called because our AC stopped cooling the house on the hottest day, of course. Jason came out within a few hours and fixed it! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated how he took his time to explain what he was doing, what the issue was and to show us how everything worked. He had it up and running again within minutes. It was so hot it took several hours for the house to finally cool back down, but he explained the process and what to expect. He was spot on! Our house is now as cool as ever. Even though they were ultimately not able to do the HVAC replacement for us due to the restricting size of the HVAC closet in our condo and the type of unit needed, we were so impressed by our interaction with them that I wanted to write a review based on our experience during the diagnosis and consult. Both Jason and the technician (DJ, if I remember correctly) were very prompt, professional, and friendly. DJ took time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand and to explain exactly why a repair would likely be a waste of money versus a system replacement in our case. After Jason came out later that day to collect the info needed to write up a quote, he found that we required a particular type and brand of unit that he wasn't able to provide and recommended another company to us that would be able to help. I wish we had been able to give them our business but we really appreciated their advice and recommendation for the other vendor.

I am very impressed with Jason and Scott Comfort Systems professionalism. What I really like is how down to earth and authentic Jason is. He took his time, explained every thing that needed to be done and showed me exactly what was wrong. Best of all he solved my problems. Great service, with great people at a fair price.
