Delta Heating and Cooling did an excellent job at diagnosing and fixing my HVAC when it stopped blowing cold air. Joe the technician did an amazing job explaining what was wrong with my system and explained the different options to fix my system. Amazing job with the install and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Joe and Delta Heating and Cooling for any HVAC repairs or maintenance.

It was a nightmare to have this company to serve me. There were many serious problems that I have encountered with them:
1. The service response was slow. I called last Friday 7/29/22 to get the water leaking fixed due to a clogged pipe. Someone in the office recorded my information but nobody followed up with me until Saturday I called again. It took 2-3 days to get the service scheduled on Monday afternoon 8/1/22.
2. They would promote and sell many other services to you. The service guy Joseph upsold the whole maintenance package for $349. I was tricked to take the service and he was checking and touched every single wires of my A/C unit.
3. They would break your working function with lousy quality of service, and ask you to pay additional for their fault. My cooling system was working perfectly fine before Joe came, but he broke it when he finished the maintenance work. And I realized this in the evening when it was not cooling down. I had to call them first thing the next morning (8/2/22) to get the problem resolved. And the same guy came and fixed the issue, but asked me to pay for compressor failure. I refused to pay for their fault. I had to spent an hour to explain the problem with their office manager, but the office manager still insisted I have to pay for their fault. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable.
4. They would threaten you to demolish your unit. After I refuse to pay for their fault, the service guy Joe started to demolish my unit, and released the freon. The smoke came out immediately. I was nervous and started yelling and calling 911 to get the help. The police finally arrived and stopped him, but I had to pay $75 to get this over. What a nightmare with Delta Heating & Cooling!!!
This is how they treat their customers. Be careful of being ripped off by them. WILL NERVE USE THEM AGAIN !!!

Delta Heating & Cooling replaced our aging gas water heater with a hybrid electric water heater. In doing our research beforehand, the found some people had issues with the noise the water heater generated. We shared our concerns with them, and they explained why the other units were making noise. Installation went well. The team cleaned up the space and left it in great shape and went over the inspection that the city would need to do. Another technician came out for the inspection with the city and it went smoothly. A great experience and we're happy with the water heater. Thanks!

I called Delta to replace a failing HVAC system. The guy who came out to do my estimate was very knowledgeable and talked me through the options available. I had planned on getting a few more quotes, but their cost was reasonable, the system was a definite upgrade and I liked how responsive they were,. Install went well, including required permitting and inspection. They also handled all the paperwork to get me a rebate from Duke Energy. My new system is working great. I would definitely recommend Delta if you need an HVAC system installed.

Kelly is amazing! She is very proactive. We needed a new coil for my AC and the part needed to be ordered. She followed the shipment tracking of the part and when she confirmed the date of the part arrival, she contacted me ASAP to schedule installation. That is fantastic customer service! Joe is professional and answered all of our questions.

The team at Delta did a great job from beginning to end. Professional, timely communication. Installation was smooth and cold air is blowing. Price was also best of the quotes I received from others as well. Can't beat that.

First time calling on Delta Heating & Cooling, but definitely going to use their services again!
The phone representative was very pleasant, efficient in getting my information, and surprised me when letting me know that a technician would be out to troubleshoot one of our A/C systems that afternoon!
30 minutes before the beginning of the time window the technician was scheduled to show, I received a text message letting me know he was on the way along with a photo of him, name, etc. He pulled up in front of our home right on time.
Sean was awesome from beginning to end! He patiently let me explain what was happening, what I'd done in the preceding hours, and quickly verified the symptoms and addressed the issue. He also answered lots of questions along the way. Thanks, Sean!
I was so impressed from beginning to end that I told Sean right before he left that I was going to sign up for their annual maintenance plan the next day. And I did!
I love finding small businesses out there that are just trying to do right by their customers because it's how they survive, especially in these tough times. I am definitely recommending them to everyone I know in the area!

I would definitely recommend Delta to any first time homebuyers in the Raleigh area!

We just bought our first home and used them for the HVAC inspection. They were thorough during the process, honest about what repairs needed to be made and what could wait, and fair when it came to pricing.

After the inspection, I ended up hiring them to come out and do maintenance/the repairs they suggested. Our technician, Sean C, came out and explained that he was the technician that had done the inspection of our HVAC unit and was able to explain exactly what he saw during his inspection and provide other recommendations based on our older unit. He was super friendly, honest about repairs and suggestions, and communicated throughout the process. Overall, I was really pleased with Delta and would definitely hire them and Sean again for future maintenance/repairs!

After our HVAC system caused a leak through our ceiling, Delta Heating & Cooling were quick to the scene and did a thorough job ensuring that the problem was fixed but also that it wouldn't happen again. The service was very professional and thorough, plus our technician was very kind and did a great job explaining everything. I'd say the only downside was the cost, but I think HVAC repairs are just costly in general, so it is what it is.
