Tyler installed a surge suppressor in my AC compressor after the capacitor blew twice in one year. (I had bought the unit from another company.) He explained that if it happens again SantaAir could install a better quality capacitor. He was very informative as well as being nice.

We couldn’t be more happy with John and Tyler. Not only with their knowledge and punctuality but their prices and kind demeanor. We will continue to use Santa Air for all of our HVAC needs for as long as we need. Thanks guys!

I can’t imagine using any other heating & cooling service. We moved here in 2019 and contacted SantaAir to inspect and service the HVAC system. The technician called to let us know he was on the way and arrived right on time. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about everything HVAC.

With my experience as a Naval veteran and chiefly responsible for a huge manufacturing plant’s maintenance department, I did check the error code and replaced the pressure switch. I did this because the early technician available was 4 days later. The system was working with the replace of the PS and still wished to have a qualified tech to have a proper diagnostic check. All it took was less than 5 minutes for the tech and the verdict was everything is good but you have a 16 year old system.This was not free and $99.99 plus tax was charged.
My system didn’t work at all and I had to call Santa air office 2 days later and the person whom I spoke said well , we have technician available but will cost you more?
What is the kind of evaluation Santa air expects, 5 Stars??? I still didn’t give out my opinion publicly. since they responded I must let the public to the reality.
I have fixed the issue and I doubt any of the techs would have figured out the real issue by visual checks!

John, did wonderful job replacing my old AC unit and Cold Air Coil pack. In talking with John on the replacement of my AC unit I could tell he had many years of experience standing behind him. I asked a lot of questions on the replacement of my system and John answered everyone with honest technical advice. He helped me choose the right system for my house at a great price. I can highly recommend John for all your heading and air conditioning needs.
