The first three days of April 2019 we were fortunate to have what must be the best HVAC workers ever installing a complete new system in our home! From the initial visit by Michael to determine what we required, explain in depth what the project would entail, and the very fair pricing estimate, everything proceeded close to perfection. Kelly at the office was efficient and we were always in touch with either her or Michael. This big project I was dreading became easy for us because Kade, Tyler and Fred were topnotch workmen. They were punctual to the minute, worked cleanly, quietly, never wasted time. . . . . definitely the best service people we've ever encountered in our home. We are thrilled with our new system and will look forward to a long relationship with this awesome company as they continue to service it over the coming years.

I called this service under the belief that the electronic panel of the HVAC unit was broken (previously diagnosed by another company). It turned out it was a maintenance issue. The technician was polite, extremely helpful and the price was very reasonable (I know because I had contacted three other companies before). I was very pleased.

I needed to replace two Heat Pump units for my home, which is a costly endeavor, so I received four estimates before deciding on Delta. The sales consultant, Michael, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Michael listed out a few different options with a no pressure approach and provided me with the information I needed to decide on the new system. Kade and Darryl came to the house in a timely fashion, did an outstanding job, cleaned up perfectly and were overall very professional. Kelly from the front office was helpful in processing the appointments and walking through the permit inspection. Five stars and highly recommend.

It was time for a new HVAC system and all new ductwork. Michael from Delta HandC was very professional and came back with a quote lower than others I've talked to. The installation crew did a good job and was thorough in their work, resolving all problems that they came across, even if was not due to anything they did wrong, but what was wrong with my old house. I would recommend them and I plan to use them for regular maintenance.

EXCELLENT service from start to finish.
Our heat went out Wednesday and I was able to book an appt for the next day. The person who booked my appt even took the time to call me when there were any cancellations. Two cancellations later my time moved from evening to the morning.
The technician Michael arrived on time and was informative and very polite. All costs were presented to me upfront. He explained what was needing to be replaced and why. Honesty I never have experienced this level of great service with this industry.

Delta has been phenomenal from initial check on the system, to scheduling, to install and follow up. Their staff, every single one we interacted with (Sean, Kelly, Michael, Kade, and Darryl) were not only knowledgable and efficient but genuinely kind and honest. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs helps with their heating and cooling.

Our house is 14 years old and the HVAC system had been giving us intermittent problems during the two or so years we had owned this house. We had a couple of repairs done during those couple of years but it was quite apparent that what was needed was a new system.

I spoke with three firms and decided on Delta Heating & Cooling. Everything I was told when I received my quote was exactly how the install went. The guys were great. They worked for two days (12 hour days) two get the two systems installed and running perfectly.

The install went very well. They left the place spotless.....other than the new system you cannot tell they were here. I am very satisfied and would recommend Delta if you have any HVAC needs.

Joseph was very professional and took the time to explain what was wrong with our A/C and what he was going to do to get it running again. He quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. He didn't try to sell me anything, but made recommendations for the future. I signed up for their maintenance plan and look forward to working with Delta in the future.

There are so many HVAC companies around, but I am so glad that I have found Delta Heating & Cooling. I have been doing business with them for a couple of years now and I am very satisfied each time they have serviced my HVAC system. Initially, they have performed some repair on my aged HVAC system. Then, I decided to replace the entire system and I am happy with the outcome. I called for a friend that is a single mother of 2 girls. She was having issues with her heat pump. She got great next day service. They found several issues and fixed them all the same day for a very reasonable price. I have also used them to replace my unit with an energy efficient heat pump. Kelly and Mike are great and I would not estimate to call them again.
