Excellent service from Delta Heating & Cooling. Very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job on my water heater install and had them return when I needed to replace my HVAC system. Was able to get a better system for less than quoted from another company. I will be using Delta Heating & Cooling for any other future needs.

Rarely am I as impressed with a company as I have been with Delta. Incredibly detailed in their assessment, quote, follow-up Q&A and installation. Quality of work is superb and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Documentation provided electronically for estimates, invoices, payment receipts, inspection and warranty submissions. HIGHLY recommended.

A neighbor recommended Delta to us after another costly repair was needed to our original, inefficient heat pump system. We could not be happier with the service Delta provided! We had several companies give estimates for our HVAC replacement. Michael from Delta was the most thorough, taking time to answer all of our questions and make recommendations. Delta quoted us several thousand dollars less for a comparable system, compared to the big name companies in the area. While this was not the least expensive quote we received, it was the best value for the type of system we needed. While we waited for our new until to be installed, they even fixed our old unit for free so we could stay comfortable. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and thorough. Another big stress relief during this crazy COVID time was that every employee who came to our home was already in a mask: no awkward “can you please wear a mask” conversation needed. We highly recommend working with Delta for your heating and cooling needs!

Our family room was not receiving any ventilation -- it was hot in the summer; cold in the winter. I called several HVAC companies to evaluate this issue. When I called Delta Heating & Cooling, I was immediately impressed. They were able to promptly schedule an appointment.

The technician, Travis L., quickly identified the problem. He explained how the ducting had failed and showed me photos. The repair quote was reasonable.

A couple of days later, Travis arrived onsite and made the repairs. Our family room is now comfortable.

I could not have been happier with Michael and the whole Delta team. I got 4 or 5 estimates and Delta stood out as the best overall choice in all categories including price. The install team was awesome. They were polite and very professional. Within a long day and a half, they had completed the entire job and we were completely up and running. Beyond that, the town inspector commented that the job looked over and above what he expected.
I would recommend Delta to anyone needing maintenance or replacement of an existing system.

Very happy with my first service experience with Delta Heating & Cooling. Technician was polite, friendly, and professional. Helped make me more familiar with how my HVAC system works when I asked. Advised on condition of system and optional maintenance replacement items without pushing them at all (said he wasn't paid on commission at all). I like that approach, and had him do all of those items!

We had Delta come out to quote a new heater/ac unit that we had previously quoted from another company. We were able to get a better system for less money than the other company. The system they installed is great, install went very smoothly. We are very happy with the product.

We could not be more pleased with Delta Heating and Cooling. From a service and price standpoint, they are head and shoulders above other local companies. Their technicians are personable and knowledgeable about what they are installing and servicing. They are also experienced and offer good advice about their products and improving efficiency from the user end.

Sean was here recently to perform an inspection on behalf of the City for some new units we had installed several months ago. He took extra precautions because of COVID and also followed up on another issue he had helped us with several months ago.
