Bell Cow gets 5 stars for excellent service and professionalism. After years of constant repairs to our old system, we concluded the inevitable....a new system. We got three quotes from different companies and Bell Cow proposal by far was our best option for convenient service and affordable cost. They removed and replaced our existing furnace and AC unit in one day. The inspection was completed and passed with no issues. We highly recommend Bell Cow to family, friends and co-workers for all heating and cooling services, whether it's maintenance of an existing unit or installation of a new system.

My service provider was Matthew. He was on time and very helpful with any questions I had. He made this very easy for my family, since this was the first issue we have had with our unit. Bell cow is an amazing company and I wouldn’t hire anyone else.

We lost our heat during the recent snow storm and being new to the area we did not know who to call. Bell Cow was one of the companies we contacted and we cannot say enough good things about the service we received. Terrance serviced our system and we were so pleased with his customer service we now have a maintenance contract with the company.

Not only did the first tech tell us our malfunctioning furnace was fine, but the second one we demanded they send out didn't warn us it could be leaking gas. Three days later we had to call PSNC to check for leaks since the smell in the house was overwhelming. The gas guy showed us where the furnace was shutting down so that unignited gas was flowing over the unlit burners and pouring into the house.

TL;DR -- we could've been very sick or dead through Bell Cow's incompetence. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.

EDIT: We had asked the 2nd tech for an estimate for a new furnace ASAP so we could get it replaced. After a business day passed with no response, we called and were told they were working on it. They never got back to us with an estimate. Also, the company emailed me asking me to change my review since they had refunded our service call charges. We had not received any refund and even if we had it would not change what actually happened.

The company did and excellent job keeping us informed on ordering of the parts. The technician Jamye took his time and was very thorough in repairing and replacing the parts. He deserves KUDOS and a reward.

Utilizing our AHS warranty, we were provided this co. We were satisfied with the service overall. They were punctual, professional, & knowledgeable! When We were not sure about something We asked and Were provided an explanation; thank you so much for sending this service technician to our home.

We had our bath shower combination converted to a shower stall recently, and I was extremely happy with the work done. It was high quality, and the polite, helpful, and professional gentleman who did the destruction and installation we're great. Apart from a few communication issues, it was a great experience.

At first the service was great. A tech met my realtor out at the new house on time. Sadly, it has taken me 4 days to get an adequate invoice. First, a blurb was sent describing the issue. I requested an official invoice. I got the invoice, but with gibberish on it and no cost to repair. I only understood because of the blurb from my previous email. I have called 3 times and emailed 4 times. Emails have not been responded to. My realtor has called...still NOTHING!!! I am horribly frustrated b/c my due diligence period is ending! This company was more expensive than most, which makes it even worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a customer for close to 4 years now. Excellent service and quality products. Service techs and office staff are very good at their jobs and extremely nice people. I just had Mike out to figure out why my heatpump stalled. He listened to everything I said and then proceeded tp his checks. He didn't act like I was wasting his time and he showed me what he was doing along the way. Repair done and system working at peak performance. Great job. Mike gets 5 stars just for himself and the whole team gets a 5 star rating from me.

Exceptional service from the start. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was extremely nice and very helpful. Juan installed my unit and I couldn? t be happier with his work and customer service. If you need plumbing done, Bell Cow is the place to call.
