I recently hired Bell Cow to replace an old water heater with a much more efficient tankless system. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. The install went very well and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Normally, I contact Bell Cow directly to schedule our projects. However, this time they were called in for us as a subcontractor by another company. Despite this third party miscommunicating the scope of what needed to be done, Dylan came through for us with only a minimal delay to acquire the parts needed to complete the work. Excellent, as always!

The receptionist that answered my call to Bell Cow to fix our A/C during these past few days of extreme heat was very helpful & friendly. Terrance listened to my concerns and gave me his word that he would send someone to check the electrical components on our system. Sure enough first thing in the morning we received a call help was on the way. The technician was respectful, courtesy and found the problem which is no longer a problem. We are very happy & satisfied with the results and dealing with Bell Cow.

Bell Cow HVAC did a total install for me through my warranty company, “American Home Warranty.” My technicians Tyler, Frank and Brian where all very virtuous, informative and above all polite in a difficult situation (seniors surviving without air conditioning).
I’m happy to report the job is complete and it works amazingly well.

Terry was the technician who came out to service our a/c units. He called before he was scheduled to come out. He was early, but that was better for us. He explained everything he did and even more above and beyond. He was very polite and professional. Great doing business with him and Bell Cow.

Horrible experience so far. We had a tech come out on Tuesday 10/9 and we were happy with the quote and asked them to proceed with repairs. Tech said he would be back on Friday 10/12 at 8:30. We called the office 3 times before the tech finally called us back to say. O someone should have contacted you, this was pushed back to Tuesday. Excuse me? My husband took the day off work to be there. No one called to notify us or reschedule. Some Manager is suppose to call us back, still haven't gotten that phone call. This company has lost all credibility before they even started. Do not waste your time. It will be a long drawn out process!

Chris was wonderful! He was accommodating to your home warranty, answered all of my questions and made sure I was aware of what was fixed and how he fixed our issue. I would 100% use again.

Recently I contracted Bell Cow to complete some general repairs around my home including new flooring and some repairs to my deck. Everyone Bell Cow sent to my home was courteous and professional and I am extremely happy with the results, communication, and turnaround times. I highly recommend Bell Cow and will definitely use them again in the future.

Bell Cow personnel and especially Matthew did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. They took extreme care to ensure that all work was performed to specification and in a quality manner. In addition, they made suggestions for different tile options, and were flexible when we requested additional work to be done.

About two weeks I called Bell Cow about two of my homes located here in North Carolina! The first interaction was to get a quote on only one home after that call I had two appointments set one for home in Raleigh the other was a rental property in Fayetteville... From that initial call every interaction went GREAT. The representative showed up on time and showed out! Hands down the best service in town(not to mention the fact I was trying to get some competitors to come out before making a decision... Needless to say they didn't either show up or give the options provided by Bell Cow) satisfied customer!
