Kyle came out to do a repair on our heat furnace that was not working after the summer and warm fall temperatures. He did a marvelous job quickly diagnosing what was causing the computer not to turn the gas burners on and engage the blowers. He proactively worked on the part and communicated very effectively with me in terms I could understand what the problem was. As a courtesy and sign of his professional dedication to excellence, he looked around to ensure there were not other issues needing attention while he was in the crawlspace. He had an associate, Jeremy, with him who he was training. Jeremy was also very polite and personable, whom Kyle asked to go get some tape out of their work van and he sealed back up some piping that was coming apart due to moisture and age. Didn't take but a couple of extra minutes, but was a touch of class and attention to detail that I really appreciated. It may not have been a huge repair they could make a lot of money on this time, but they were more interested in building a long-term relationship built on trust and ensuring that the entire system was working efficiently before they left.

I would highly recommend Kyle and the Edwards Company he represented so well and who's owner appears to have a business philosophy based on being genuine with customers and hiring technicians who have integrity.

I was saved just when I was about to go down for the third time!
I purchased a brand name unit from a different contractor. I should not have done that. Long Story but I had had it with broken HVAC. My son told me about Edwards and the service he had received from them so I gave them a call. They were able to get warranty coverage from this other "Brand Name" supplier so that my bill was less than 50 %.
Well the parts supplied from this other company lasted 6 weeks before I again was without HVAC.

Edwards stood tall. Today they replaced all equipment and completed the service at NO CHARGE! You never see this. They are so good.
Call Edwards. I will never use anyone else.

They didn't treat us like "one of those home warranty people". Noticed my AC wasn't working yesterday evening, so I made my claim through my home warranty company. Edwards called me the next morning at 7am and said a technician could be out by 8. The technician that came out was very courteous and knowledgeable.

This is one of the finest, most reliable and trustworthy companies you will find in the HVAC business and we are lucky to have them in the Greensboro/Triad area. After going through three or four companies, who took us for a ride, charging us over and over again for the same or similar problems, we found Edwards Heating and Cooling and they have been nothing but fantastic. From the owner, Joe, to Kyle, our service advisor, whom we now ask for exclusively, you will not be disappointed. Our lives have been much better, our systems now work, and unnecessary expenses have been eliminated!

My home warranty (2-10) put me in touch with Edwards Heating and Air after my thermostat stopped working. They showed up the next day while I was at work and had the unit up and running by the time I was home. Other than the deductible, the warranty covered the other expenses. I would definitely use this company again.

I had a great experience with Edward's. They fixed my AC problem in about 10 minutes. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Because they were able to fix the problem so quickly, they waived the repair charge and only charged for the service trip. I highly recommend these folks.

Service technician came out on a home warranty call, was very polite and knowledgeable, but found my issue was not covered under my warranty. He provided me with quotes on 2 options to fix my issue, so I may be using them for some work soon.

If you are still reading, please be wary of American Home Shield (AHS) warranty company. They have exclusions that get them out of most any issue aside from gross failures. They caused many headaches for myself and Edward's on this service.

I am so thankful to have found Edwards Heating and Air when we moved to the Winston area. I have called them several times in 95+ degree weather and they are at my home within 2 hours. Always professional, reasonable and most of all trustworthy!

Came out to our house multiple times for a completely frozen unit. Our unit is original to the house so 25+ years. Every time they came out they collected a $100 payment and billed the warranty company. They did everything but fix the problem and give us excuses. Finally we got sick of it all and called Coolbreeze in Kernersville they came out right away and said that is not “normal” which is what we were told time and time again that 3+ inches of ice on our unit was normal. Low and behold everything Edwards did was just put band aids on the unit despite us telling them to replace the unit if it needs to be. Each time they refused. Needless to say do not use and I make sure to tell everyone who asks about a HVAC company to NOT use them. Also spoke to the owner which got me no where.

They are an awesome company. Their services was done in a timely fashion. Very nice and polite people. I am happy with my services and with them. I do recommend them for your heating and air services. They will be doing the maintenance on my AC in the spring.
