The guy that came out was very nice and on time. He did have to go back to shop to get a part but it wasn’t long at all very good experience two thumbs up

Caleb is freaking amazing…this was the second he came out for routine maintenance and your get the same thing every time. He doesn’t talk down to you, is extremely helpful, tells you like it is and even makes us laugh when he is here. I have never had a maintenance person treat me like a he was talking to a friend instead of a new homeowner who has no idea what he is saying. He explains things in plain English. I had Dinomite replace my furnace and AC units that were out dated and struggling to keep the house cool. After getting quotes from several companies, and making multiple adjustments to equipment requests, Dinomite had incredibly fair pricing, and the conversations and recommendations in comparison to other quotes won my business. Due to equipment delays I was pleasantly surprised to find out I was getting a free upgrade to my equipment. Both my furnace and AC were replaced in 1 day, along with an added return duct. The installers were professional, hard working, and friendly, keeping me up to date as work progressed, along with cleaning up when they were done. I couldn't be happier with my installation thus far.

We moved to Winston Salem about one year ago and have used Dinomite for many HVAC services - they have always been professional and resolved issues. Chris was recently out and repaired our de-humidifier and installed an air scrubber to both of our HVAC units. Air quality in the house has noticeably improved. Chris was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything he was doing. Highly recommend.

I have had 5 different calls with different companies about this same unit. Each person only put a bandaid on the problem, Chris came out and put the real work in! Our family has realnheat now and I'm hopeful we will not have AC issues in the summer. Thank you Chris for excellent work and craftsmanship.

Got a recommendation for Dinomite from my plumber, I was lucky that they were able to fit me in on the same day. Very friendly and it felt like they really cared about my wellbeing. Also wore those carpet protectors on their shoes when coming inside. Found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly, and were apologetic that the labour was going to cost more than the parts. It was not an outrageous cost and I was prepared for more, but considering its a skill I don't have I'm more than okay with paying them. Their number is going into my very short list of repair companies I trust. Plus their mascot is adorable.

Dinomite Heating and cooling was a recommendation from our realtor. They were fantastic and I would definitely use them again. I was at work when they came to provide their services. Not only did they provide a very detailed report and talk to my wife (who was present at the time of service) they called me afterword and gave me the same verbal information. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous!
