Anthony originally came out to quote a furnace install. He was very polite, helpful, and informative - he went above and beyond and even addressed some other issues while just preparing an install estimate.

The quote process was easy and was quickly received through email. The quote was easy to read and addressed all concerns. Best yet - it was a fair price compared to other Triad HVAC companies.

My install was quickly scheduled and Zach and Caleb came out to complete the install. They were on time, dressed professionally, and great guys to talk to. The guys worked hard and efficiently. The new furnace looks great and the company took extra time to make sure my thermostats were fine tuned for the new equipment.

I’ve used them for a seasonal maintenance check up and now an install. Very happy with this company.

From start to finish my husband I bother we’re impressed with the promptness of the initial visit, quote and repair. Everyone was contentious and professional. This was our third company to quote and the only one that offered us a way to have our unit fixed promptly. We were waiting over a month for a part from another company and thankfully I found Dinomite and they were able to make it happen within a week. We will tell everyone about them!!

Dinomite Heating and Cooling is my new favorite HVAC repair company and I would like to share why. Dinomite Heating and Cooling was the only one of the companies I called that I was able to actually talk to someone when I called on Monday 12/26. Most of the companies I called were closed for the holiday.
A gentleman named Cole (who I later learned is the owner), upon hearing that I'd been without heat since Christmas Eve, apologetically said they were booked for the day but offered me the first appointment they had available. Cole then went the extra mile and offered wood from his own pile for my woodstove if I needed it so I would have a heat source until they could get to me. Although I didn't take him up on the offer, his concern was much appreciated.
This morning at 7:50 I received a text confirming technician was on his way and providing a name and picture. Caleb arrived promptly and in less than an hour had my furnace back up and running! I liked their service so much, I signed up for their yearly service contract (which seemed to me to be very reasonably priced).

Received notification and picture of Technician coming out. He was on time and completed the service. He was able to immediately recognize the problem and waisted no time fixing it. He was very professional and friendly. I give him 5 + stars.

The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and I felt he did a thorough inspection of our HVAC system.
