Came out same day and repaired our heat pump unit after another company (sent by home warranty) planned to make a useless repair. Honest and professional.

Daniel not only fixed my AC, he squared me away after I miswired my thermostat. Professional, courteous and punctual!

I came home last nite too a very hot house.a/c was not working at all.i called best heating and air in hope mills this morning..the man told me he would be here at 12 noon..too make a long story short he was here right on time and done by 12.13..a/c working..the man who came out was very nice and pinpointed the problem right away.he told me the fan motor was not working and it may need a fan motor,turned out it was not the motor and a switch that controls the fan motor..if this man wanted too he could have very easily charged me and I would have not know the difference..great job best heating and a/c..thanks for being honest..thanks for comeing on a Saturday..thanks agin for the no fee service call..will never use anyone but best from now on...price was very good also..use them,a no rip off company!!!
