Best Air

We have been in the area since 2006 and Best Air has been our go to guys for the past 6+ years. We have used several of the local companies in the area and have never used anyone but Best Air after a neighbor referred us to them. They are always on time and provide the ultimate in customer service. There has been several times where we called them at the last minute for an appointment and since they were in the area they would work is in. This is even at the busiest time of the year.

From the time my wife contacted them, to the time they were done, extremely professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a first time home owner, had ac issues we didn't know about. They came out after being first contacted late afternoon by the next day around noon. They gave an estimate, and held to it. They contacted me to let me know they forgot a part needed, and would be there as soon as they went and got the part needed. As they were working, they took the time to explain certain things. They cleaned up all the mess, and when done, made sure we knew bout all we needed to. In my opinion, as they are a smaller company, id rather my money go to the little guys. Again, AWESOME company. If I ever have issues in the future, they will be the ones I call.

I contacted Daniel and same day he came out and did the repair. He was so nice and professional the entire time and I will not use any other company again. I highly recommend if you are looking for the best.

After two other companies failed to help us due to not having a common part, best air came and fixed our problem within a short time. They worked in the rain and made sure we had AC before leaving. Pricing was reasonable and 10/10 recommended. They even talked with us to explain what happened and how we can keep better maintenance on our unit.

Daniel Ward is very honest and did excellent work, our blower motor went out he made sure to let me know it was under warranty which he didn't have to do. We called him last night and he was here first thing this morning. He is very courteous which is very refreshing with any one these days. I highly recommend Best Air to any one. His prices are very reasonable and no as he put it no knock on the door fee. Will be using him for any work we need. Thanks Daniel for excellent service.

Daniel was amazing! He made extra time for us and squeezed us in before he went home for the day. It was the day after hurricane Florence. He was so nice and professional. He was able to fix the problem quickly. He’s definitely very knowledgable about AC and heat. A couple weeks later our ac started acting up. We called Daniel and he talked my husband through what he thought it was and what to do. He was right and we were able to fix the problem with his assistance. We recommend best air 110% and will always use them while we are in N.C.! Thanks Best Air!

Daniel and Chris were my saving grace when our AC went out over the weekend— during the heat wave. I observed Daniel diagnosing our unit’s issue with skill and determination. I’m so impressed with Best Air and I’m so grateful they were recommended to us by a friend. They will absolutely be my first call when the need arises in the future.
