BEST HVAC REPAIRMAN!! I found Daniel through a friend with high recommendations. I can say that I am NOT disappointed. He came out during the midst of our single-digit temps and was able to determine what was wrong with our thermostat and reset it. While he didn't have a service visit charge, I was more-than-happy to compensate him for his time and travel. He will be our new HVAC repairman and I will spread the word to all those that need repairs.

Awesome AC repair company. Definitely recommend. My wife and I got home at 530 and our AC was out and it was super hot in the house. I called and even though they were about to close they came out at no charge and fixed our AC and we only had to pay for new thermostat and installation. Very friendly and helpful.

Now I know why they’re called Best Air. Because they are the best at anything HVAC. You won’t be disappointed if you hire Best Air.

Super responsive and was able to fit me in within two hours when my AC went out on the second floor and was 89 degrees in the house.

I can't say enough positive things about Best Air ..Our AC was taking way to long to cool down in the evening so he came to our Rescue and saved the day literally ..he changed out the fan motor on our outside unit and he cleaned out the blower motor that is inside that is also part of the ac unit ..once he cleaned that out and changed the fan motor out on our outside unit the AC started running like a champ and started cooling down in the evenings like it is supposed too. Now our house stays cool during the HOT summer days...I would highly reccomend him to all of my Friends amd family and he definitely has a customer for life

Very honest people. Travis came to our house and fixed our AC. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, also friendly! He was literally here for about 10 mins. Very quick. Not expensive at all.

The sales rep came out to look at my AC unit on July 7, 2013. He spent a total of five minutes evaluating the unit, then he told me that there was nothing he could do to fix it and that I needed to call an electrician because he thinks it’s an electrical problem. For this I was charged a $75.00. Once I called the electrician he looked at the unit and showed me that it was getting electricity and that I needed an AC guy to look at it.

Service and professionalism was very acceptable. Serviceman showed me what was wrong, quoted me the prices, and then did the work. He explained the warranty to me.
I feel like he went beyond to assure that I understand.

Excellent "repair" service, watch their pricing on parts though. Tony came out and showed me everything with my goodman heat pump. Very friendly even came out early. Charged 5x over "capacitor" part so just be aware of the huge markup on parts. Be mindful of the expensive pieces that could potentially be a problem (what isn't expensive right?). Get on the company (Goodman for example) website and be familiar with the parts prices (coil assembly is 167 dollars...not 300, not 1200 dollars). Assume any of the repair services will markup these "on hand" parts.

I recommend this company again, but I will be more mindful of the parts prices. Lesson learned for me.

AMAZING SERVICE!! My a.c. decided to start doing it's own thing which included not cooling my house. They came out and worked on the a.c. also returned the next day to clean it. After a few days it started acting up again and they came out and were able to fix the exact problem again. Very honest hard working company with great staff!!
