I had an issue with my air exchanger not keeping my house warm. As it turned out, the issue was caused by the recent series of ice storms. Being new to the area, I didnt know who to call, so I googled the top rated HVAC pros in my area. Brown Road HVAC was in that list. I always like to use small local contractors whenever possible. They need the business, and I have found over the years that because they really need the business, they tend to be more thorough, professional and responsive. I called Brown Road in the morning and Preston was able to come out later the same day. 15 minutes after arriving he had identified and fixed the problem - just for the cost of the service call! He was knowledgeable, professionable and on time. He fixed the issue without adding any unnecessary items to my bill - so you can add 'Honest' to his list of qualities as well. With service like this he will be the first one I call if I ever have any other HVAC needs. I felt lucky to have found such good, honest and responsible help.
