Jon was on time, friendly, professional, efficient and let us know exactly what he did and how our system is doing. Nicholson Company is a great company. They are reliable and responsive, and everyone is friendly, whether on the phone or in person.

The most non-intrusive experience I've ever had, and it's so appreciated. My yard is under maintenance and my utilities are pretty customized. I showed the servicer where everything was located, removed wooden doors, moved rocks, turned on hidden lights, etc. without acknowledging the small things, and upon exit he put everything back exactly how they were. I know it's a small thing, but it was completely unexpected and very refreshing. Quick and pleasant experience.
