Preston was on time, professional and although it was difficult for him working with old wiring and ductwork, his price remained the same. Preston saved the day on the hottest day of the year....He was prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable! I reached out in desperation Thursday evening and he showed up Friday morning! He made me feel like I was his most important customer he had and I felt confident he could resolve the issues. I couldn’t be happier!!! Preston was very professional, he came the same day I called, ordered the part, Preston kept me posted on everything, couple days later he came back fixed the problem!!
