Have used Mick in the past, to service/maintain our home & rental cabins. He is always excellent. We had a newer system die on us, he came out, diagnosed -no charge, and his office is about 50 miles from our business, . Ordered us a great high quality new system, installed on the day he said he would, and had us up and running again.. He has been to our rental cabins on a Sunday, when the need arose.. Always extremely reliable, and has great prices.. If you are looking for a a great company for you needs, give the vet a call, you will not be disappointed..
Mic was at our home to fix our heating unit very quickly. He was reasonable and kind when delivering the news that our unit was having problems . Super satisfied with his work and price .
Mick is reliable, on time, honest and trustworthy. He stands by his work and we trust him to do a great job. He has always made time to quickly come and serve our ac unit. He is committed to providing solid service and I love that we can always rely on him! I would highly recommend this company!
Quick story that helps illustrate why I gave 5-stars:
My wife is pregnant, we're in a new-to-us 100 year old house with a 16 year old AC system... and our AC stopped blowing cold a week ago (it's summer).
I asked some friends for recommendations. The first guy came over spent a couple of minute by the outdoor unit said the capacitor and fan motor were shot. Then we went inside and he checked the furnace. After a few seconds, "yeah, this one's on its last leg too... Looking like you'll need a totally new system." He said some prices for some routes forward ranging from $3k to $5,200. And then he said I had 24 hours to let him know or he wouldn't be able to do the job for another two weeks.
Then I called Mick.
He came over and spent time *testing* the system and individual components in the system. He identified that the fan motor wasn't broken, it just wasn't getting any juice from the capacitor, which was running about 30% below it's listed effectiveness. He pulled a new capacity from his truck. Plugged it in and boom, we were back in business. Then there was more of the same with the furnace. Test, try a new capacitor. Meaning full improvement. Then he went on to test and monitor the whole system and run a diagnostic. 90mins after his arrival, we had ice cold air flowing through our vents and confidence that I have a HVAC guy I can call that I trust.
Oh, and my total bill was less than 5% of the other guys estimates. You read that right. Not 5% less! Less. Than. 5. Percent. of what I was told I'd need to fix my system.
Mick's won my business for as long as he'll take it.
