One parts store that opens on Saturday. Need to replace the igniter on my Hotpoint oven. However, as usually, we took our sweet time getting out Saturday morning and I knew D&L closed at noon. Called at 11:15am to make sure they had the part, they didn't have an original part but they did have one that was prefect and was 20$ cheaper. I arrived at a little before 12, they had everything ready to go and I was out in 2 minutes.

They were one of the best people I've had to deal with when it comes to parts. I would recommend them to anyone.

D and L is my go-to for applicance parts, have been using them for years. I went over Saturday for a part for our dishwasher and was in and out in less than five minutes with the correct part in hand. No online company can match that performance!

Always really helpful counter staff. One of the few places that will sell to people w/o an account. I'm a homeowner who can tackle basic issues like a bad thermostat, or capacitor change, and these guys are always willing to help with information. Also, the price on the capacitor I purchased was MUCH less than I could have bought it for online. Its always a pleasure to deal with this company!

I found this place after my local parts supplier let it slip that this was where he got his parts. Staff was extremely helpful and the part I needed was about half the cost of everywhere else I checked. It might be a half hour drive away but totally worth it. Easy to find and well located. I probably won't go anywhere for a while.

These guys have just about every part you need when something breaks! ...and if they don't, they where to get it within a couple of days! 😃👍This is one of Greensboro's lil hidden secret places to go when stuff breaks! Microwave parts, A/C compressors, refrigerator sealants and dryer heating units are just a few of the parts I have purchased from there.

Great experience these last week. Ordered my Whirlpool fridge part with ease and they came in much cheaper than everywhere else. Great service as well!

Poor customer service!!!! I am currently in the store. When I walked in there were 3 men on the computers, one man looked at me, but none of them acknowledged me when I walked in. I waited and waited and then one of them finally said "whatcha need." If they want continued business then I would suggest acknowledging customers when they come in. If I didn't need that part so bad then I would have walked right out!!!!!!
