D&L Parts clearly showed that they are not just looking to sell their parts, but also ensuring people find what they need. Though they didn't have parts for my older heat pump they still cared enough to send me in the right direction. I did end up purchasing a capacitor from them which was cheaper than buying online. This will certainly be the first place I deal with, for future problems and will direct others to them when asked . Today it is hard to find people who are willing to go above and beyond to help.

While the part I needed was out of stock they certainly tried to help me anyway they could. Definitely recommend, just bring in the part you need and they will get you the rest of the way!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I had the pleasure of working with Adam! He quickly identified the part that I needed with a price that I couldn’t turn down. Adam had to have the part shipped from another store which is a 2 day process… He went above and beyond and ordered the part before I even called back to confirm that I wanted it. He said he would rather have it sitting at his store waiting on me… than to have me waiting on it with NO AC.

This company is a huge scam and rob people for their money. I bought a capacitor and thermostat I no longer needed without opening the seal and return after two days. They charged me 20% each of the product. Meanwhile they are going to sell them full price for another customer. They buy their products from Amazon and EBay for cheap prices and gain 150% profit from it. Never buy from these people they are money hungry and it’s really disgusting.

Thieves!! They sold us a part they got off the internet with the sticker still on it. They sold it to us fo $50. But it sells online 4 for $65. Then when we tried to return the unopened item, they charged a $10 restocking fee just to put it back on the shelf!! That is why people are buying online more, because the locals are squeezing the customers so they can make a large profit!! a 300% profit!!

Great customer survive! Had our air unit go out and they helped us with a replacement motor part for a 3rd of the cost of anywhere else. They also made sure we had all other essential parts, and explained the installation process. My dad recommended them to us. 5 stars!

Outstanding service...! when i called they wanted to make sure they have the parts in stock before i drove there, got the a/c running again during the weekend!!

Friendly service, the part I needed was in stock, and most important, I saved a cool grand not having to buy a new washer/dryer set!

Didn't have needed needed parts, but ordered and had next morning which was great. Great friendly service and a great price. Been buying from them for years and highly recommend them.
