These guys at D & L Parts are awesome all the way around! I highly recommend! From the start of the cheerful Garret that assisted me over the phone ordering the part I needed for my home A/C, to helpful Wayne that carried the heavy A/C part out to my car for me. You guys are top notch! I've been bragging about you to all my friends. I will be back for any future purchases that I may have for my appliances and HVAC. Thank you so much! It was a pleasure doing business with you all.

Compared to online the price was a bit high but that's to be expected. I had already tried ordering the part for my washer once and of course I got the wrong one.

The staff was mostly knowledgeable and had the good sense to do some quick research to help make sure I got the right part.

Overall I had a good experience and will go back.

They were absolutely wonderful. I got the part I needed at the lowest price including amazon!! Nelson is so nice and patient with us DIY-ers. They have created a lifetime customer today. Also it feels nice to be able to support local!!!

They have gone down hill
Used them for past 30 years for everything
Now there is no customer support on hold for 15 minutes
Mail box full can’t get return call
No one acknowledges you when you walk through the door

I called first thing this morning and explained the issue I had with my refrigerator and was transferred to Wayne! He helped me to confirm the right part for what I thought was the problem and was super nice about it!!! The part was also more than half of the price that I found on another website! On top of all the stress that comes with the risk of food spoilage and the potential added expense of a new refrigerator it was a much needed pleasurable experience! Thanks D&L! 😊

I stopped by today looking for a part to fix my adjustable bed base, first id like to say the staff was very nice and helpful! he was able to find exactly what I needed very fast. I highly recommend you giving them a visit for any appliance needs!

The customer service was very mad I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me with no one in line and he took my credit card as if it wouldn't work SMH

This review has been long overdue! If you’re looking for part replacements for your appliances, HVAC etc by far DL parts is the place to go! Come check out my boy Garret or Old school Tommy and they'll take good care of you. I’ve been going to this place for the past eight years and I will continue to do so. I've been to this D +L several times in the past year and everyone I've dealt with is friendly and knowledgeable, even going as far as talking me through how to troubleshoot fixing my dryer that wasn't heating. I highly recommend using D and L for anything appliance or hvac .

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and also knowledgeable about parts that I needed. I wish I could give them 10 stars for the awesome service. If anyone needs parts or info on repairs this is the place to go.
