    Due to the unpredictability of the temps this spring and glitches in my schedule, we had to reschedule the AC maintenance check several times. They were very understanding and patient. William was right on time, very courteous, willing to explain everything and efficient. I will certainly use them in the fall for the check on my heating system.

    I used this business a couple times and spent a lot of money with them. I have no complaints about the technicians or the company until my last 2 scheduled appointments. Both times were no call no shows. I moved my meetings at work to be available both times. They must think their time is more valuable than mine. I called and left a message to see if they were going to make it right and I never received a call back. I will not be using them in the future.

    Have been very satisfied with the maintenance service for several years. My low rating is because neither technician had been vaccinated for Covid nor wore a mask. If that is important to you, call another company. They have the freedom to choose if they will be vaccinated or wear a mask. I have the freedom to take my business elsewhere. Covid is a serious illness and I believe they should be professional and responsible to ensure sure their customers are safe.

    Shamrock Heating and Air service has been great. They are responsive, informative, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. From Shela in the front office to William, Joe, and Bob who have helped us they are a professional team. Our older air-conditioning unit failed us this spring and the replacement part is back ordered due to the Covid shutdown. With William in the lead, they were able to get our old unit working temporarily as we await the replacement part. It took some creative thinking and hard work to make that happen. William has excellent people skills and keeps us informed along the way. So, thank you Shamrock Heating and Air, we heartedly recommend you to anyone needing their AC repaired.

    I called Shamrock heating and air on a Tuesday morning to setup an appointment. The person I spoke with said they would be out the following Tuesday at 3:00. After 3:30 pm had passed, the day of my appointment, I called to inquire when they would be here. They guy I spoke with told me he was unaware of my appointment and they would call in the morning to setup another appointment. This is terrible customer service. I had to change my work schedule to be home for this appointment. And to think they expect me to wait and schedule another one the next day? That is definitely not how you do business. Why didn't they have someone come out today? Or at least go ahead and schedule something while they had me on the phone? Now I have to look for another heating and air company, wait for an appointment and change my schedule again. That is extremely inconvenient and not making me feel good about the money I will have to spend.

    I had called and set up an appointment for a maintenance cleaning - purchased the house a year ago, furnace is fairly new and was installed before I moved in. Sat and waited for half and hour, took time off from work. When I called, was told that the office manager was out, and three technicians were out as well. No call to cancel or reschedule this appointment, was only able to reach a technician on call who had no access to the schedule. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this company.

    Excellent young man! He is kind, respectful and very helpful. We are senior citizens and had problems with our unit, and so I called and this young man spent his valuable time to walk us through fixing the problem. He was so pleasant and never asked for$$$. I pray that we have more people like him in the world today

    I gave these guys a call after Eanes informed me that 1) my older unit was leaking freon and needed to be replaced and 2) my main unit needed a new blower motor, which was going to cost about $1000. I then asked Eanes if I should consider replacing my main unit in the near future. The response was, of course, a YES, and a salesman was going to call me that same day.

    It was at that point that I called Shamrock and spoke to William Mcsweeney. He came out on a Saturday and troubleshot my AC units. I was informed that the blower motor was a minor fix and that my main unit was overall in great shape and near-industrial strength. To replace it would thus be absurd. He also informed me that the older unit also could likely be fixed for a few hundred dollars. He came by a few days later and fixed the blower motor AND the older unit for a few hundred dollar less than I was quoted for just the blower motor. He also restructured and updated our zones, which were very poorly designed. This involved essentially redesigning the duct work intelligently and adding lots of additional ducts while altering what was already there. In the end, for the first time in the 3 years we’ve lived here, our home cools nicely and evenly even on a hot day.

    William Mcsweeney is heady and intelligent. He is a problem solver who gets to the root of the problem and solves it. I found him to also be honest and upfront about everything, which was particularly reassuring given that the customer often feels at the mercy of the salesman in such an endeavor. Mr. Mcsweeney is not a salesman. I hope he is available to tend to our HVAC needs for years to come.

    This company is a rip-off. The service man came to my house and told me immediately what the problem was before he tested anything. He then tried to charge me $247 for a part that cost $17.42 on the internet. I would avoid this company unless you like to get ripped off.

    Best company I’ve ever come in contact with !
    Ontime price was reasonable and service was great ,it’s getting harder to find skilled tradesman anymore but this company hits the mark
