I was without air from both of my units from early May until the middle of June. AHS sent two different contractors to assist with the problem: Comfort First & Island Breeze. Neither really assisted with the problem other than quoting ridiculous rates for Freon. One quote was more than $2500 out of pocket which was almost 1/2 the price to replace the unit that was 22 yrs old-didn’t make any sense! I was on the phone almost every day for a month without air and no satisfaction until I finally asked for the ticket to be closed and a new one opened with Holly Springs Heating & Air. It took 1 day to get both of my units working again with the expertise of Gary who was efficient and my out of pocket was most reasonable! I know that the units will need to be replaced soon, even paid someone from a company outside of the network to assess my situation and he
emphatically stated that my units needed to be replaced now -rusted out and sound like a Mac truck, but after Gary from Holly Springs, they are working for now.

I must say that I did get some assistance from AHS’s corporate office, and appreciated Amanda’s help.

They were recommended by American Home Shield. I've been through two or 3 vendors through them and these guys were the best. It's a family owned business and they kept me updated with all the Corporate BS that AHS put them through with the part delivery. Of course it took over a week to get the part, but that's AHS's fault - not Gary's or Tim's fault. ONce they had the part, the next day they were out there to fix my issue. It did fail, but Tim came right back (after 6pm on a Friday mind you) and spent the time to make it right. These guys are great. No less than 5 stars from my experience.

Tim is always super helpful, honest, and transparent. We never feel like we are being taken advantage of. He is able to quickly find an issue, help us out, and is always on time.

Tim recently helped with a broken fan on our AC, and spotted an error that the previous contractors had made! Everyone I spoke to with this company is so nice! Also, their rates are excellent. Will definitely call them again. Thanks so much!

The Best! Have owned two homes since 2003 and serviced our units, 3 to be exact, and always fair and honest! Pride in the work they do and so personable, feel like family and you are not a customer but someone they care about and want to get you back on track. Take pride in solving your problems and at the end of the day, it is not money but satisfaction in knowing you are satisfied and ok.

Gary just left my house at 9PM troubleshooting what Carrier had directed him to do, and he found it to be something totally different. Fixed and done through knowledge and experience.

Gary was very responsive and was at my home within 24 hours of the notification from home warranty company we use. Holly Springs Heating and Air saved me almost $2000.00 in unnecessary repairs recommended by a large franchise company following a routine seasonal maintenance check. The predatory, franchise company attempted to pressure me into signing an agreement on the spot for them to begin making expensive repairs. Great service! Came out at the beginning of the 3 hour window and had our AC on within an hour. I truly felt the gentlemen was out here for us, to do what it took and not take us for everything we had. Very polite, let us know everything he did. Even gave advice on how to not over work our system.

I have known & used this company for years. I would highly recommend. Gary was able to troubleshoot a problem caused by a different company on a brand new unit after that company just gave up trying to fix the problem. They installed a complete system in a 1920s farmhouse for me that still works like a champ 18 years later, without destroying the charm of the house. If you want someone you can trust to do a good job and not rip you off, go with Holly Springs Heating and Air. If you need a big company at a big price, this probably isn't the company for you.
