Every tech has been professional,friendly and knowledgeable! They do not look for ways to charge me unnecessarily but instead find the problem and fix it if it needs repairs.

I was standing in line at the bank on May 1st, which was a terrible idea. There was about 45 people in line, which was starting to go out the door. As I filled out my deposit slip and walked all the way to the back of the line, there was an elderly lady with a cane leaning up against the counter where all the deposit slips are, because she couldn't stand up on her own. There was a technician from American Comfort Solutions standing in line, he was next to go up to the teller and must have been standing in line for at least 25-30 minutes. He heard me ask the older lady if she was in line, and didn't offer for her to cut in line in front of everyone else. Instead he helped her to the front of the line, and went to the back of the line to take her place, to make sure not to offend the very long line of people still waiting. I have no use for American Comfort Solutions at this time, but whenever my A/C unit goes out, you bet your butt I will be calling American Comfort Solutions. This is the kind of company I can respect!
As it turned out, it took me about 45 mins to get to the teller to make my deposit, and the ACS tech ran out of time, and had to leave. I REALLY wish more folks acted this way.

Installed A/C unit and gave us a very competitive price. Then called them to come amd check on the install next day and they were there within the hour. Very helpful .

They installed our new AC unit and have done good with our issues. Field worker John has done his job and been very nice and took my mad moment. So far I am happy customer

Two independent HVAC companies reviewed the installation done by American Comfort after years of issues. Both concluded it was incorrectly installed with the wrong equipment. AVOID!
