My family have always used this company for heating and air needs. You will not find a more professional company. The big thing that you will notice is that they care about their customers. If you need this type of service you should call K&V.

I deleted my last review. Because they had me thinking they was coming to fix the problem for free. Since They never installed my AC unit right the 1st time. They told me my part was in and scheduled me a date in time to fix it. Called me 3times to let me know my part was in. Now today when it time too do the job and correct they mistakes. Oh it wasn't my part that came in. It was a different "Mason " not knowing I kept all my emails, texts from them confirming my part was ready. Now they can't charge me to fix they mistakes......now they gotta reschedule me. This time I won't deleted this review. Cause the unprofessional way. And petty game and tricky they doing. I'm not about to let it slide. I don't want to hear no more excuses or lies. Just Do what you suppose to do.

Calling the office, they set up an appointment efficiently. I got a text the morning of that Ryan was on his way and he was here when he was supposed to. He listened to the problem, did a thorough check and had it diagnosed and corrected quickly. But he continued to check the rest of the system to make sure everything was good prior to leaving. The best!

I was pleased from the time the phone was answered until the technician left our home.
The communication is excellent. Notified and reminded of appointment. Gave information as to the name of the person coming to our home. Listed time of arrival. You know when they are on their way. Ryan arrived with a smile and professionalism to match. Explained and pointed out what he was doing. Gave recommendations as we are considering a whole house humidifier. Neat, efficient and knowledgeable. We will be using K&V for all our heating and cooling maintenance and repair.

I am almost sure that Ryan Macy knew what to look for when he arrived! He got out of his truck with all the tools he needed. After checking the thermostat he then moved to the air handler downstairs checking for broken wiring, then went to the outside unit where he saw the problem which was that mice had chewed the wire in half. He repaired and now all is well.

Mike has picked been able to fix all of my issues that previous installers and repairmen have been unable to do. His prices are reasonable and he is able to quickly debug issues in the system to determine problems. Was able to schedule next day service and always feel like he takes good care of me and my system. The system is happily up and running under the care of Mike! So glad to have found you!

Ryan my HVAC tech was excellent and explained everything to me. He had my air conditioner running again very quickly. Ryan was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Excellent service.

Ryan was on time and it didn't take long to fix our A/C problem. As a business, we count on them. Always very responsive.

I really do like this company. There Tech's are real nice and polite. They do a really good job and clean up after there self. Showed me the part and wanted know i wanted it or did i wanted them to get rid of it. There price is right in line with every one else. I will call them in the spring for summer maintenance. From the office staff to the Service tech , they could answer any and every question and or concerns I had !!!

I will be there to set up to have y'all service on my furnace and all my units it was great having people that show up and do their job and do it right great person you have
