K&V did an amazing job. They were able to put a bandaid on our old system to get us by until they were able to install our new system, which was great as we have a 2 year old and were about to have another. They were on time, profession and honest with us. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I had called another Heating and A/C repair company concerning my father's coolant leak at his home. They came out, put in coolant, detected leak in the indoor coil, and gave me a bill for almost $500 for that initial visit, which took them less than 30 minutes ($197 just for leak detection alone). They then sent me an Invoice for $3000 to replace that coil stating that it would be $1000 just for the part. I called K&V for a second estimate and was told one of the owners would come out himself. Mike did come out and did agree that the leak was in the coil. However, he mentioned something the other guy failed to, that my father's 8 yr old A/C could still be under warranty. He said that if it wasn't, the repair would probably run $1200-$1300 (still a lot cheaper than $3000). But then he called the next day and after doing some research found that the coil was under warranty and they would only need to charge for coolant loss and labor. For both the initial visit and the repair visit (which was done just 3 days later), the total bill was $775.00. I want to thank K&V for going the extra mile that the other company did not even attempt to go for my father. They now have two loyal customers from now on, both me and my Dad.

Ryan arrived on time and was very kind and respectful. He performed the maintenance service in a thorough and timely fashion. The rate charged was reasonable.

I called because my AC wasn't working and they came out the next day. The repair man wasn't able to get to our house at the time he was scheduled because another job took longer than expected. But they called and let us know right away and he was there when he said he would be. When he was at my house he was very professional and courteous and had our AC up and running in no time at all. I would recommend K & V to anyone and will definitely call them if I have anymore problems with my AC. Thank you K & V!
