Have been using Piedmont Metro for a few years. Great customer service, friendly technicians, and reasonable prices. I won’t use anyone else!

A/C broke down today. Thomas showed up within an hour of calling and had me taken care of. Fixed the issue on the same day. Highly recommended to others.

My AC went out on Tuesday night and Piedmont Metro came to my house the very next day. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism and promptness.

I got home from work my AC wasn’t working I called them with in no time they had a tech out fixing the ac got me up in running in same day very glad I called these guys very good work and very fast response time

expensive!! Replacing the capacitor $320 and diagnostic $69. Thought that other company would waived the diagnostic fee if we have the service. So we paid $389 just to replace the capacitor.....2 weeks ago

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY AND HATE THAT THEY WERE THE ONES WE CHOOSE TO INSTALL OUR NEW AC UNIT LAST YEAR. THEY FORGOT TO FILE A PERMIT WITH THE TOWN OF FUQUAY WHEN THE UNIT WAS INSTALLED AND I ALMOST GOT A HOLD ON MY PARCEL FROM THE CITY. IN ADDITION, I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR TWO WEEKS TO GET A TECH OUT TO LOOK AT MY UNIT SINCE AFTER A YEAR ITS ALREADY SCREWING UP. I HAVE BEEN PROMISED THAT A TECH WOULD COME OUT AND THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK MULTIPLE TIMES. AFTER PLAYING PHONE TAG (I WONT SAY NAMES, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE) FOR OVER A 2 WEEK PERIOD AND SPEAKING LIVE WITH THEM, I STILL HAVE NO RESOLUTION AND MY HOUSE HASN'T BEEN UNDER 80 DEGREES THIS ENTIRE TIME. I NEVER TAKE THE TIME TO WRITE NEGATIVE POSTS LIKE THIS BUT THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY DESERVES ONE.

Very fast service and was able to fix my heat. Honest and to the point. Very knowledgeable. 5 star service! Alex was awesome!

Got their number on the refrigerator whenever there's a problem with the A/C or heat. They were quick to get here and very helpful.
