Boy I'm of two minds about Lee Air Conditioning. Lee's folks were professional about installing my Carrier heat pump. Nice folks. But - the drain line was installed improperly, so during the first cold spell of the winter, it froze. Lee had folks out pretty quickly to get it flowing and repaired. Now, the first full summer after installation, a circuit board on the blower has failed and Lee's service department tells me it's on indefinite back order. "What's indefinite mean," I asked. "A week? A month?" "Indefinite means indefinite" I was told. They've also had to replace the "smart" thermostat three times. So the install was good except for the drain hose, the folks are nice, but the Carrier product they are selling doesn't seem fit for purpose. I spent the cost of a small car for this system - if I had to do it all over again, I would have spent a couple thousand more and gotten a Trane. Sorry Lee - I thought I was buying reliability.
