    One of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with. The office staff, Jason, Sarah, and Michelle are very professional, and work very hard to ensure the customer is satisfied. The field guys, Gary, Ronald, and Jeremy have built such a great relationship with our facility, they are professional, knowledgeable, and have always been able to respond and get us back up and running in a timely manner.     2 weeks ago I had 6 pounds of R410A refrigerant added to a unit at another home by another contractor for $475. Today, Lee added 4 pounds of 410A to a unit at my house in Chapel Hill at a cost of $951! And this includes a discount as I have a maintenance contract! My word, guess who I will call next time!

    hi my name is lynda i have a house in apex required services asap(within 3 to 5 days) or i wouldve failed to move in the new tenants dealing with needing a duct system under the house a airbnb due to but i came across 2 men in this company that came was very professional mr. willy russle and a mr. keshaun wyche that was probably his apprentice very young with manners and dressed for the job 5 thumbs up

    Our furnace stopped working several weeks ago on a very cold Sunday. We contacted Lee A/C and they had a serviceman out within a few hours. The problem was diagnosed and it was determined the unit had to be replaced. Monday morning Kenny Rogers, another Lee employee, estimated what was needed for replacement and it’s was ordered. Installation started early Tuesday morning. Their professional crew worked all day installing the new system. We have used Lee in the past and this more recent experience is another testimonial to how well they treat their customers. Terrific service and quality workmanship. Thanks Lee.

    Received the best advice from Jason Silvers on air filters that are really good quality and work very well. Called to have my HVAC maintained , a new motor was replaced and taken care of in a timely and efficient manner thanks to Jason. Would recommend Lee Air Conditioning for the price and doing a great job!

    Good people, good service, good price. That's getting harder and harder to find these days. The technician Brad replaced the compressor and filter drier for our AC condenser, sweated the copper fittings, checked for leaks with nitrogen, pulled vacuum, refilled the refrigerant and adjusted the pressures to the manufacturer's specifications. All in less than ideal weather conditions. Needless to say, he did a difficult task well and with a good attitude which is something I particularly appreciate. Highly recommend this business.

    After being left hung out to dry by another local vendor, I called Lee in a panic this morning asking for a service call. They first offered to rearrange their call schedule so they could get to me by 1pm. Since I already had another vendor set to come by then, I told them I'd have to call them back. Less than 2 minutes later, Lee called me back and said they had rearranged their schedule further and could be to me within the hour. The techs were amazing, got my problem fixed, and it was very affordable. I will never call anyone else in Durham again for service except for Lee!

    My husband tried installing a Nest thermostat, but it didn't work. He put the old thermostat back up, but our heat still wouldn't come on. It was a Saturday afternoon. We left a message and Gary called us back a few minutes later. He was at our house just an hour later. Turns out, my husband had blown a fuse trying to put up the new thermostat. Gary fixed it and I felt the bill was quite reasonable for a weekend! Very happy with the service!
