Called on Monday with a minor issue, the technician was at my house 8am the next morning. The repair was quick and easy, with only a standard service fee. Great service, professional, courteous technician. They're now my go-to for HVAC work.

Brandon and Ryan came out to diagnose my HVAC system. They were on time, polite, professional, and extremely fast. They identified the problem quickly and knew exactly what they were doing.

My only criticisms were that they didn't have the part I needed on their truck (a simple SPST switch - fortunately I had a spare lying around), and I found their service call pricing ($100) a little higher than the going rate ($80). But then again, none of those $80 shops were available same-day.

Responded to an AC outage within hours.

Been using CWJ for years. Always fair and good at explaining the pro's and con's of waiting to have certain things either repaired or replaced. Never felt any pressure to buy anything that wasn't needed. Local businesses are the way to go.
