Jimmy and his crew are the best HVAC guys I've ever worked with. They understand the function of HVAC at a deep level, are great at diagnosing and repairing systems, and take pride in their craft when installing new systems. They recently replaced my old heat pumps with new gas furnaces. It was a complicated job that they executed to perfection. Jimmy and his staff are conscientious and respectful when working in your home. They've done multiple repairs to my existing gas furnace, and are always responsive and efficient. Whatever HVAC needs you have, there's only one person to call: Jimmy Johnson at Bull City Heating and Air.

Trey was great! Punctual, friendly, efficient, reasonable pricing. Was able to schedule quickly! We had a great experience and would definitely call them again in the future.

I contracted this company for a plumbing inspection, so I can't speak to their actual work, only their inspection abilities. I would discourage you from using this company. The inspection we received was superficial and subpar. I personally will not use this business for work in the future, because if they can't diagnose a known problem, then I don't trust them the do actual work as well.

I've used them before and thought they were great. However, today when I called to say I had a leaking toilet, they told me their only availability is six days away. Clearly, I can't depend upon them anymore.

I chose Bull City Plumbing because they had a 1 hr call back listed on their web site, but I didn't have to leave a message because they answered the phone and Tray came out the same day. Thanks Tray!

Tray is prompt and courteous. He explains things so you understand. I would definitely recommend him for all your plumbing needs.
