The crew was on time and very professional during the entire installation, which took about 7 hours. The price (via Costco) was very competitive. At the end of the installation, the crew surprised me with a hanging basket for my patio. Very unexpected!

I have worked with Integrity for several years because they provide excellent service, are very responsive and helpful to their customers. Technicians are so courteous and professional. Their photo is provided in advance and they are always ON TIME every time.

Best ever! Excellent customer service, communication, and pricing. They thoroughly explained the options me and my family had available when our AC unit gave out. Provided us window units prior to install so we could stay cool in the house. Eric was an absolute rockstar! Very polite and professional. Came in, explained what to expect, installed our unit, gave us a breakdown of the work, and even made friends with our puppy before leaving. Thank you Integrity!!!

So pleased with Integrity. We got competitive bids - looking for professionalism and value - got both, big time, from Integrity. In addition to a great price on a good piece of equipment in a difficult install, they corrected a problem on a second system that improved life, air flow and air quality. Tip of the hat to my install team: Jake Mills , Dan Pruett, Eric Flemming, Blake Williamson, who were in and out quickly, efficiently, politely - a friendly and competent bunch of professionals who worked well together.
Our only "hiccup" was getting two different systems to talk to two different thermostats (in part to some unusual wiring in our second system). That problem fixed quickly with a replacement thermostat. Everything working great, quietly and at higher efficiency than my old system.
From first visit, needs assessment, options offered, proposal, payment, install, follow-up - we could not be happier. Integrity is the third company we have used in our 13 year old home. I don't see us changing in the future. We are very happy with and heartily recommend integrity.

Integrity put in a replacement heat pump system in our home. Their technicians arrived on time, explained their work plan, and completed the installation by the end of that day. They were very polite and informative throughout the installation, cleaned up, and left the new installation working properly. Jake and Dan performed the installation, with the help of James Smith for electrical. Drew, the installation department supervisor visited and inspected the job and discussed a couple follow-up items that will be completed in the near term, such as an upgraded thermostat that is on back order.

We are very satisfied with our new Lenox heat pump and would recommend Integrity to anyone needing HVAC service or installation.

Replacement of two complete HVAC systems by INTEGRITY went exceptionally well. From Nick and his approach to sales, Neal and the office support, to Drew and his installation team, the entire HVAC replacement experience was outstanding. (including communication). Final installation by the team of Eric, Dan, Bryce, and Ryan was handled in a professional manner with minimum disruption. Kent's entire organization can be proud of their dedication and approach to customer service.

Called about my heat not working in the morning and by noon I received a courtesy call to inform me a technician was on his way out. They also sent an email and text with his name and picture for verification.

He figured out the problem quickly, informed me of the cost and had the part at the warehouse. He did a temporary repair to get us through the night and replaced the main board the next morning. He then looked over the entire system and suggested some preventive maintenance. NO hard sell and NO pushing. Explained everything he did, showed me the bad part and problems with it.

When I need more repairs or a complete system I will definitely be using them.

Integrity has come out multiple times and has always been courteous, knowledgeable and helped fix the problem. We will continue to work with them as they provide excellent service and come out quickly to tackle A/C repairs in the summer.
