Fantastic installation experience with upstairs and downstairs heating and cooling systems to replace original equipment. JC, Ryan, Jake and Siles did a wonderful job arriving on time, completing the work same day and through walk through - THANK YOU!

Cameron, the technician, extremely professional, competent, courteous, quickly found the problem and thoroughly explained the problem. In this case a simple matter of cleaning the ignition sensor. He was done in less than 45 minutes. I highly recommend Integrity H&C.

I've had several years of first rate service from Integrity Heating and Cooling including installation of high grade A/C equipment. All of the technicians we have dealt with have been highly trained and friendly. This is particularly true of Cameron Ausby who just did a system checkup today.

We have their yearly plan and it has been beneficial. This particular visit was bc our heat wasn't turning on and getting pretty chilly inside at night. Tech found a faulty wire section, replaced it, and made sure it was working properly before calling it done. Also able to identify some insulation needs and gave pictures to help us be able to get that done. Very satisfied with this visit and typically have been. We have a newer unit so haven't experienced significant issues as of yet, but would trust repair recommendations from Integrity when/of that time comes.

I have used Integrity twice now and each tech and operator on the phone has always been helpful and professional. They have always explained the issue and the steps they will complete to resolve the issue. I don’t see myself using anyone else but Integrity for my future HVAC needs

I was connected with Integrity through a quote I requested from Costco. Greg was great in the sales process. Another company was telling me my furnaces needed to be replaced and Greg helped me understand that this was not likely the case. Team of Jake, Blake, Dan, Eric and Bryce installed new A/C units today. Very courteous, professional and kept me informed throughout the day. I’ve never been called “sir” so many times in one day. They walked me through the installation after it was complete to make sure I understood everything and that it met my expectations. There was one aspect of their work that was slightly below my expectations (the appearance of the exterior lineset cover was not as precise and aesthetically pleasing as the examples the sales person showed me). When I shared my feedback they were open to the feedback, called their supervisor and have indicated that they will come back to make adjustments next week. I have full confidence that they will take care of this. Overall, I’ve been very impressed with the professionalism and communication throughout the process. Now we will see if their ongoing service continues at this same level. If it does, I will remain their customer.

Team of Jake, Drew, Ryan, Dan, Eric and Bryce installed two new A/C and furnace units and did a great job. They finished in a timely manner, kept the house clean and gave my wife a plant as a gift. After completion Jake went over the system explaining it and answering my questions. I would most definitely recommend Integrity for both maintenance and installation. Inspector came and gave it approval.

Ryan and Eric did a great job. They paid attention not to make any mess in our house. The installation was to replace a heat pump which is in the attic above third floor, so there must have been a lot of moving heavy equipments involved. But they managed the job nicely and were rather quiet since we were working from home that day and their work did not bother us at all. I waited until the inspection has been done to make sure that what I say here is accurate. The inspector said the installation was done nicely and the job passed the inspection easily. I would highly recommend the company. If you are a Costco member, you can get a 10% rebate from Costco too.

Integrity is an amazing company and I would highly recommend them. I was having issues with my downstairs unit and another company said I needed a full HVAC replacement. I got linked up with Integrity for a second opinion and it turned out it was just a $250 repair. I will be a customer for life due to their honesty. Not to mention each person I have talked to between their office and technician staff have been extremely friendly and professional!

Our experience working with Integrity was top notch! We love our new system. Our in person consultation, scheduling installation via phone, to the day of install, was so easy for us. Each employee we encountered was very thorough and answered all our questions. We had a complete HVAC replacement and Jake and Dan could not have been more accommodating. These guys were so personable and it is very obvious they love what they do. Way to go to Integrity for taking really good care of these guys! We would highly recommend this company for professional service and a great quality product.
